Academic year appointment, tenure track position with responsibilities for teaching, advising, maintenance of personal research program, participation in professional activities, and serving on university committees. Also responsible for leading curriculum development for undergraduate major. Primary teaching interest in information and media literacy.  Secondary expertise from among the areas of Instructional Theory, Instructional Design, Curriculum development, Digital Media Design and Interface Design is desirable. Open to other additional teaching and research interests.

Requires an earned doctorate (or very near completion of dissertation) in library and information science or a closely related area. Demonstrated teaching and research abilities. Experience teaching undergraduates is desirable.
