- how do you navigate a network that everyone else knows?
I think this is a question that's going to be very relevant for the present project I'm working in/on -- if the intent behind a network is to make networks and access more open, will it be "desired" enough to work?

- loss of control of your network, who sees it? How do you control who knows what? Limited availability of tools for this.
Can we make a network that is open to any comers, with minimal registration requirements? e.g. anyone can join, but only those who have joined have total access?

I would further want to know how people prioritize their networks when they have a number of them and perhaps a number if different on-line identities.
